Vendors

The Chamber will providing the following:
• Souvenir stemless wine glass for each guest
• Table with linens
• Disposable tasting plates for 250 qty guests
• Disposable utensils for 250 qty guests
• Disposable napkins
• Acrylic sign with your Logo
• Your business name & logo listed as Food Sponsors

We are asking each vendor to bring:
• Food Samples for 250 Qty people
• Wine and/or Liquor samples for up to 250 Qty people
• Serving Utensils
• Corkscrew
• Ice chest to keep under the table to keep wine or liquor
chilled until time to open for tastings (we will have
additional ice available if needed)
• Any additional or specialty serving dinnerware not
provided above
• We encourage vendors to bring brochures, flyers, to-go-
menus, coupons, etc. to hand out
