FCC Net Neutrality Comments are ending on July 15th. You need to file a comment on Proceeding 14-28. Here's a template. I just pasted it into a .txt and uploaded it as a doc:



Hello,

I am a small business owner, and I urge the FCC to drop the idea of paid prioritization and enforce Net Neutrality. My business, and many other small businesses like mine, will not be able to afford to pay for priority access. This will cause material damage to small American employers, like me, that are the lifeblood of this great country. Please do not kill the job growth potential of American small businesses like mine.

Tip: When building a site on a test domain, change your robots.txt file before moving the files into the correct domain's root directory.

I had mine on Disallow: / while I was building the site, and once I moved the files into the root, Google crawled the site and downloaded the robot.txt file - which told it to stay away.

Now, it'll take 2 more days before Google downloads the correct version of the file. Even fetching it through Webmaster Tools returns an error.
