Summer is usually the slow season for a lot of businesses (unless you’re in HVAC or lawn care)

I was chatting with one of the employees of a client, and he said:

“This is normally our slow season, and it isn’t. People keep asking who does our social media. What you’re doing is working.”

Instant thought ‘YAY!’ That kind of feedback means more than any metric ever could.

Social media management isn’t just about posting pretty photos. It’s about helping local businesses stay top of mind, bringing new people through the door, and giving customers a reason to come back.
