Had a client ask about design and production outside of the tool space. Well, it’s in our name 3D Printed Tool Solutions & DESIGN!

They needed a replacement wheel hub cover for a set of discontinued Pro Comp Wheels on his rock crawler. We are happy to produce a reproduction for less than half of what a used one goes for on EBay.

Prototyped in PETG with a rapid prototype layer thickness (.24mm) . Final product will be 0.08mm layer thickness in a carbon fiber reinforced filament.
