Few things about my business I firmly believe in
1: I started hanging TVs to help people, and it holds true to this day. Im out there to help people first!
2: Communication is key. I communicate everything with the customer. My arrival time even if I’m running late, explaining how their mounts work, talking thru tv placement for the room. I even offer to answer any questions they might have, tv related or not.
3: Making sure the tv is mounted properly. There are a few steps I take on every install to make sure the tv is up on the wall properly and stays up there
4: I will never overcharge for an install! My installs are quick, 20 minutes usually. I don’t need to charge $200 labor and I even offer my customers tips on how to save money for their install ❤️
