With a career spanning public policy, business development, and community advocacy, Kristi has played a pivotal role in advancing key initiatives in public safety, infrastructure development, and workforce education. She has worked closely with elected officials, agencies, and corporate leaders to drive economic growth and sustainable infrastructure projects. Kristi serves as Vice Chair of Future of the Region – South Texas, Board Trustee for Brooks Development Authority, and Board Member of Mission Heritage Partners, supporting regional growth, economic development, and historic preservation. A champion for small businesses and skilled trades, she remains committed to shaping policies that foster opportunity, innovation, and long-term success.

Mission Heritage Partners is the official nonprofit friends’ group to San Antonio Missions National Historical Park, the only UNESCO World Heritage Site in Texas. In collaboration with the National Park Service, we help preserve, promote, and protect these vital resources which are the core of our city’s unique history.

Through private donations we support special initiatives that help to meet increasing visitor needs, improve the visitor experience and enhance the National Park Service's ability to manage the park.

The annual Make It Your Mission Gala is one of the most memorable events of the year. Casual and in the shadow of the “Queen of the Missions”, it brings like-minded people together who understand the importance of these treasures to our community. A rare opportunity to enjoy an evening food and drink on Mission grounds, the Make It Your Mission Gala always leaves a lasting impression.
