Southwest Acquisition Team is hiring for a full time Customer Service

Representative. Our positions involves working directly with customers face to face. We are NOT a call center!

Customer service in person is by far much more effective and our clients and customers love it!

At SWAT, we want to provide the best customer service and sales experience to our clients and our team mates and then move our team members into a management role in the future. TRAINING IS PROVIDED and is 5 days of a combination of practical and class room training.

This position is full time and involves responsibilities in:
• Entry level sales & customer service*
• Customer Service training *
• Customer Service and Sales Presentations*
• Sales and marketing techniques*
• Training current sales and marketing reps in customer service*

We cross-train all employees within leadership development which includes:
• account management*
• team leadership*
• meeting with C-Level executives *
• team building and mentoring*
• leadership development*

The position at SWAT is an entry level position so no direct experience is necessary.
