Happy New Moon in Leo ♌️

Our time to start new beginnings and leave behind what is not working for you.

It's a Leo's energy to see the good in people, places, experiences and viewing the negative as temporary, or lessons to learn.

Keep moving forward no matter what obstacles cross your path.. Stay positive, strong, and steady. Each paw in front of the next is the only way a lion 🦁 can survive.

This new moon, physically and mentally cleanse and detox, meditate 🧘🏽‍♀️ and tend to your mental garden.

Cleanse your mind by writing down lists of goals and intentions so that you see them down on paper, where they will begin to grow in the physical world.
Personally, when I do this, I write a month or date I would like to see it done by.

Then, after each intention, take an inspired action to move towards a goal. It could be something small as a habit or mindset shift, to something physically moveable, like rearranging furniture.

Take your time and remember to stay grounded ✨️
