We were honored to bring The Mission to the Fulshear-Simonton Fire Summit—talking search, mindset, and showing up ready for those counting on us.

Huge thank you to Fulshear/Simonton – ESD 4 , Gabriel Blue, Felix Castillo, and everyone who made this happen. Outstanding hospitality and coordination—y’all put on one hell of a Fire Summit.

To everyone who joined us, thank you for your time and commitment. Take it back to your crews. Put it into practice.

They’re the reason we search. Bring purpose to every rep.

🇺🇸🤝🇲🇽 MV Fire TRNG x Acuña, MX

We had the opportunity to head south of the border and help teach first due Auto-X for 50 Bomberos and paramedics in Acuña, Mexico.

Two days of cutting, lifting, moving metal, solving problems, and putting in reps. No excuses. No borders when it comes to getting better for the people we serve.

Proud to share the craft, but even better getting to work alongside brothers and sisters who carry the same passion for the job.
