Saved X Grace Photography Saved X Grace Photography functions as a ministry and is a means of worshipping our Lord and Savior.

Therefor, there is never a charge for your photography session. I work strictly on a donation basis and accept whatever you are able, willing, or feel led to give. If that is $5, $500, or anything above, below or between, it is a blessing to me! A shoot with me includes up to a 2 hour session, 30 edited photos, a disc including all original and edited photos, and all rights to images.

So If you are like me...you probably have no idea what a Doula is.

Well it is something quite beautiful. And as to not butcher the definition I am gonna steal from Wikipedia:

dou·la-(noun)- a woman who is trained to assist another woman during childbirth and who may provide support to the family after the baby is born.

During a break of shooting some headshot and promotional photos for these ladies' website, my dear friend Nina shared with me how throughout history...tracing back to Jesus's day there was always a woman there to assist in childbirth.

Her heart poured out as she described how it it so intricate to God's design to have someone there to support and love a new mother and her child.

In spending the afternoon with these ladies and families this much is clear: their work and their spirits pour out Jesus's love and care for newborns and their mothers.

So grateful that this work has allowed me to be a part of such beautiful things for the Kingdom of God.

Hi friends! Exciting news! After taking a step back from photography for the last few months to focus on other commitments, I am eager and ready to announce that Saved X Grace Photography is once again accepting bookings for dates MAY 15TH and later!

Thank you for the many requests and inquiries over the last few months and for respecting my time away from this ministry...I look forward to making up for my absence with all the donation based sessions I can get my hands on!

This was by far my favorite family shoot to date. In a time of grief and hardship...this incredible family exuded nothing but joy! They were silly, relaxed, and a complete dream to shoot!

As a photographer, it was a complete honor to photograph such a loving and christlike family. People like these are why I do what I do in the first place.

Thank you Pedersen family for being such a blessing and such a testimony to Christ and the joy found in him.

It was a dark and stormy day but me and this absolutely stunning senior made the most of it!

I met this sweet girl while working the UTSA rec and her friendly, sweet spirit allowed us to be friends instantly!! It was such an honor to shoot some grad pics for her and document this incredibly exciting season of life!!

Congrats Katherine Bustos!!!

Had a blast walking around the beautiful St. Mary's with this beautiful recent graduate Gaby Castañeda!! It was a gloomy day but her sweet spirit and lovely smile brightened up the afternoon!

So excited for her and this next season of life. I have no doubt she is going to do such awesome things with her incredible amount of knowledge and wisdom!

Absolutely adored this shoot and loved this family!! Their love for one another just poured out in such an obvious and beautiful way, it was a complete honor to capture! Not to mention they were completely hilarious and a blast to work with!

Wow did i love getting to capture the genuine love, joy, and patience that exudes from this family. A crying new born always makes for a challenging shoot but these two new parents were nothing but patient, gracious, and even humorous the entire time.

Thank you both for welcoming me into your home and allowing me to capture your cozy, crazy, christ-filled lives with your new precious son, Jonah.

It was such a dang joy to take both of these lovely ladies seniors! It was so fun being around these cousins who act like sisters and who are about to take on adulthood together!

I had the honor of meeting Marlene while working at the UTSA rec over the summer. Her sassy and hilarious personality is contagious and I am so glad I've been able to keep in contact with such a sweet soul! Forever blessed by the people God brings into my life, and like it or not Marlene you're one of them! ;)

Had an absolute joy working on this session for the sweetest senior! Kaylen Sennette was a photographers dream to shoot! She was so flexible and willing/ready to try anything! Plus check out that killer smile!!!
