Törstig Björn Mjöd (Thirsty Bear Mead) is a manufacturing project to create the finest honey wine from only the best local Texas ingredients. Taking the "farm-to-table" idea popular in many restaurants today the staff of Törstig Björn hopes to create unique flavors of mead that will be pleasing to the palate as well as encouraging local businesses to grow alongside us.
