Must work well in a team setting
Experience Preferred but not required. Training is provided for all Agents
Responsibilities:
Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
Pre-Screen and Follow Up with Applicants
Conducting phone and in-person interviews with potential candidates
Interfacing with clients to work candidates through the recruitment process
Maintain consistent communication with clients, employees, and potential candidates to ensure the highest level of customer support.
