I often get into many discussions about learning (school) vs experience. I think Mr Maxwell is right, it's neither...it's actually the act of reflection!

I'd even add, reflection is not only to improve oneself, but to appreciate everything we have and everybody that helped us to get where we're at. Love this most!!!

There was a SCORE mentee that recently acquired an existing company. He is having difficulty with recently hiring two new employees (one of which took two "sick days" within the first week) and an existing employee whom was showing up inconsistently...what should he had done?! Interestingly, new owners tend to not do this...
