A recent Ascend NBS client just secured over $11.7M in funding and loan forgiveness from the City of San Antonio — and this one hits close to home.

The award supports two transformational projects:

🏢 111 W. Travis — Rehabilitation of a historic downtown apartment community, restoring quality, accessible homes for low-income residents near San Antonio's urban core.

🏗️ Judy at VIDA — 68 new units of supportive housing for youth exiting or at risk of homelessness, with on-site case management, mental health support, and life skills coaching.
