The Bexar County Sheriff’s Office needs your help finding Marc David Ortensie, 14. Marc last left his home walking near Beckwood Dr and Bulverde Road in far North Bexar County around 8:45 p.m. last night. Marc David Ortensie is diagnosed with a medical condition that requires medication.

Murder Suspect Wanted

On October 5, 2022, BCSO responded to a shooting in the 11000 block of Bald Mountain.

Two juvenile suspects were driving around in a stolen vehicle when they fired over 100 rounds into a house. It is believed these suspects thought individuals inside the targeted home had previously shot at them, however, they fired into the wrong house.

As a result of the 100 rounds fired, two innocent victims were shot. A 41 year old female was shot in the leg, while a 25 year old female was shot and killed.

Immediately after the shooting, deputies were able to locate the suspect vehicle and after a short pursuit, with the assistance of SAPD Eagle, the juvenile suspects were apprehended in the 5700 block of Hwy 151 access road.

Since the murder occurred, Isaac Gonzales, has been certified to stand trial for this murder as an adult. On October 20, 2023, two warrants were issued for the arrest of Isaac Gonzales, murder and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. It is our belief that Gonzales is aware of his active warrants and is evading law enforcement.

BE ON THE LOOKOUT- The Bexar County Sheriff's Office needs your help identifying this suspect who is wanted for Aggravated Robbery

On Wednesday, March 29, 2023, the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office responded to an Aggravated Robbery call at the McDonald’s restaurant near the Intersection of Culebra Road and Talley Road.

The suspect reportedly entered a bathroom occupied by three juveniles and robbed them of their personal items at gunpoint. The suspect then fled the area in a black Mercedes sedan that was occupied by four other unidentified individuals.

The suspect has a medium to dark complexion, is 18-24 years of age, approximately 5’8, and was seen wearing a black Nike hoodie/jacket at the time of the offense.

HELP DEPUTIES FIND THIS SEXUAL ASSAULT OF A CHILD SUSPECT

On March 7, 2023, BCSO deputies were dispatched to the 10000 block of Marbach Rd. When deputies arrived, they spoke to the victim who reported that 20 year old Daniel Michael Martinez had s*xually assaulted her.

The 14 year old victim reported that Martinez had met the victim on Instagram and believed he was younger. Martinez had picked up the victim in a vehicle, where Martinez s*xually assaulted the victim. The victim was then dropped off at her residence and at that time, the victim made an outcry that she had been s*xually assaulted.

Investigators responded to the location and they were able to identify the suspect. The suspect was identified as Daniel Michael Martinez, a registered s*x offender, who has another active warrant for aggravated s*xual assault of a child. Investigators issued a warrant for s*xual assault of a child and are now searching for this suspect.

The New Braunfels Police Department is seeking tips from the public about the identity of a suspect that was captured on store surveillance at the Best Buy location at Creekside. On March 6th, 2023, the male in this picture entered the store and purchased approximately $4,000 worth of electronics using a credit card that had just been stolen from the New Braunfels Planet Fitness location in the 1600 block of I-35 South.

Anyone with information about the identity of this suspect is asked to contact New Braunfels Police or Comal County Crime Stoppers. BCSO ARRESTS SUSPECT ON WARRANT FOR SUPER AGGRAVATED SEXUAL ASSAULT OF A CHILD

In January 2022, a young child victim made an outcry to a family member that 19 year old Juan Carlos Casillas had s*xually assaulted the child victim.

The Bexar County Sheriff’s Office was made aware of the incident in July 2022 and an investigation into this outcry began immediately. Through the course of the investigation, it was discovered that Casillas had admitted to assaulting the child victim to several witnesses.

On August 26, 2022, a warrant was issued for the arrest of Juan Carlos Casillas, 19, for Super Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child, a first degree felony.

On August 29, 2022, the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office arrested Casillas and he is currently being held in the Bexar County Jail on a $125,000 bond.
