⚠️ Sometimes appliances don’t just need repaired… they need RESCUED from bad techs. ⚠️

Customer called me after another appliance company “fixed” their refrigerator compressor. Problem is… they cut corners BIG TIME. 🚨

❌ Didn’t replace vital components
❌ Didn’t update the control board
❌ Charged the customer out of pocket for things that were STILL COVERED under manufacturer warranty

That’s the stuff that gives this industry a bad name. If they cant read wire diagrams or pressure gauges they're guessing.

The sad part? The customer trusted them and paid anyway.

After inspecting everything, I was able to:
✅ Get the compressor covered through the manufacturer
✅ Correct the improper repair
✅ Save the customer OVER $550 💰

At Phoenix Appliance Repair, I stand WITH the customer — not against them.
