Joshua Davies – Founder, Elevé Customs
With over 14 years of executive leadership in operations, business development, and strategy, Joshua Davies has played a pivotal role in shaping one of the nation’s leading fabrication companies, guiding it from boutique builder to global brand partner. Having served as Chief Operating Officer, Chief Business Officer, and Chief Sales Officer, Joshua has led large-scale projects for some of the world’s most recognized brands, including Tesla, Walmart, J.P. Morgan Chase, Caesars Entertainment, Park MGM, Raising Canes, and the NFL.
His experience extends beyond operations. Joshua’s strength lies in bridging creativity and structure, building systems that turn bold concepts into profitable, high-impact realities. With Elevé Customs, he brings that same strategic vision and operational precision to a new kind of custom fabrication company, one that values design integrity as much as business ex*****on.
James Flatman — Founder, Notion Fabrication
For nearly two decades, James Flatman has been at the forefront of custom metal fabrication and mechanical design. After moving to the U.S. in 2003 to master the art of bespoke fabrication, James built a reputation for excellence as a lead fabricator, mechanical designer, and shop manager at one of the industry’s top custom builders. His portfolio includes complex mobile and modular builds for elite clients such as PepsiCo, Toyota, Gordon Ramsay, Kevin Hart, the U.S. Army, and Hard Rock Café, each project showcasing his unmatched skill in design, welding, and fabrication craftsmanship.
Now operating under his own brand, Notion Fabrication, James continues to collaborate with Elevé Customs to bring advanced engineering and handcrafted precision to every project taken on together.
