Welcome to Nourished Noodle!
I'm Suzanne Walker, MSW, LCSW, LISW, NATC. You can call me Suzie.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Arizona, a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) in the State of Ohio, and a Narcissistic Abuse Recovery Treatment specialist. I am EMDRIA-certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
I am a psychotherapist by day, with specialties in trauma, grief, and narcissistic abuse recovery. I facilitate EMDR in steady, traditional and modern, innovative, Intensive models. I am an educator by night.
This is where Nourished Noodle comes in.
For the last several years, I have been quietly but intentionally curating Nourished Noodle Education & Consulting for one primary, very important purpose:
Nourished Noodle’s mission is laser-focused on mental health education - for individuals and for companies.

"BEFORE THE BUZZIES: A WARM WELCOME TO EMDR THERAPY FOR PROSPECTIVE PATIENTS" is designed to introduce the public to the theories and mechanics of EMDR and give prospective patients of this modality a roadmap for seeking qualified clinicians in their area. The course is geared toward those who are new to EMDR, providing a deeper understanding of what to expect and preparing them for an educated conversation with a licensed clinician about their experiences and what options exist for helping.
Two additional courses will follow:
“PAGING DR. NOODLE: EMDR DEMYSTIFIED FOR HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS,"
and
“NOODLING EMDR: A PRACTICAL GUIDE FOR NON-EMDR THERAPISTS.”
