Final part of the Ace cooler delivery series 🥤

This is the part where it finally starts looking like a vending machine.

This location wanted more drinks than snacks, so we stocked it based on what made sense for them. It looks simple on video, but figuring out the layout and making everything fit turns into a puzzle every time.

Little by little, the Ace cooler came together and was ready for the location.

Part 2 of our Ace cooler delivery day 🥤

This part was all about unloading the cooler at the location, bringing it inside, moving it into its permanent spot, and plugging it in so it could get ready for setup.

Next step: setup and stocking.

Before we even go to the location, we had to pick up the U-Haul, inspect it, load the products, and carefully load and strap down the Ace cooler for transport.

Delivery days start before the machine ever gets to the location.

A day with Benavides Supply Co. 📈🥤

Today was one of those days that showed us what running and growing a business is really like.

We started the day with a win! We followed up with a potential location and got the YES to place a cooler 🙌 As we continue growing, we’re thankful to have AP Vending as our distributor, helping us get the coolers we need and making the delivery process seamless.

Then one of our current coolers stopped cooling due to a technical issue. We weren’t sure how quickly we’d be able to get it back up and running, but thankfully we have some great people we can turn to. We got the parts we needed the same day, installed them ourselves, and had the cooler back up and running before the day was over. 💪

Growing a business has its ups and downs. You can start the day celebrating a win and a few hours later be solving a completely different problem. Having the right people around you makes all the difference.

Huge shout out to Manny- Asset Operator, Ava Webb, AP Vending LLC, and the entire Qingo support team for being there when we needed help. We truly appreciate the support as we continue learning and growing Benavides Supply Co.!
