So much goodness packed into this trip to Iowa. Getting to learn more about the great work Self-Help International is doing in rural Ghana and Nicaragua, helping people help themselves, was genuinely inspiring. 🌍

I loved hearing about their agriculture programs, business training and micro-loan for a new generation of women entrepreneurs. The ripple effect of that kind of investment is real and it's lasting.

It was a great reminder to me, why the work of building sustainable businesses matters so much. 💙 🙏🏼

This week I traded my usual travel routine for a private flight to Iowa ✈️ with my cousin as pilot. Hard to beat that kind of travel companion.

Check out the picture of him running pre-flight checks before taking off (yes, every time!) Turns out pilots and business coaches have more in common than you'd think --> we both know you don't skip the checklist! 😎 😁

Grateful for the family time, the adventure, and the inspiration.

It’s a joy to support Global Dental Relief’s work in the world.

Spent the last couple of days at Chicago Dental Society Midwinter Meeting. Over 21,000 😮 vendors, dentists, hygienists and team from over a dozen countries in attendance!! We’re signing up volunteers for our 2025 and 2026 clinics.

Shout out to Becky Bay, hygienist and trip leader extraordinaire and Rich Lin Jr Dmd, dentist and repeat volunteer for clinics in Nepal, Cambodia and Kenya! 💖
