Peernovation is a different company than it was six months ago.

New capabilities. New partnerships. A growing global community. And a much bigger opportunity ahead.

But our growth also prompted a question: Does the way we present Peernovation today reflect the company we’ve become and the one we’re building?

We decided it was time for a new look.

Not one that changes who we are, but one that expresses more fully what has always been at the heart of Peernovation.

Look closely at the new mark, and you’ll see three people. Each is distinct. Each brings something different. Yet together, they create something none of them could create alone.

That captures something fundamental to what we believe: we are at our best not simply because of what each of us brings, but because of what we bring out in one another.

That idea has guided Peernovation from the beginning. Now it’s at the heart of our identity, too:

Six months ago, Peernovation was a very different company.

Since then, we’ve formed a joint venture with Inception Stratos, welcomed a new Fractional CEO, Daryl Woodhouse, introduced two diagnostic tools and an enterprise-ready performance system, and continued building a global community that, by next month, will include 25 Certified Facilitators across four continents who bring this work to life.

A lot has changed.

But perhaps the most exciting change is happening beyond Peernovation. More organizations are recognizing that succeeding in the decade ahead will take more than AI and more than traditional hierarchical leadership. It will require organizations to engage and activate a resource they already have hiding in plain sight: the power of peers.

That’s the opportunity we’re building Peernovation to meet.

We’re a different company now. And as we thought about how we wanted people to see Peernovation, it became clear that we needed to show up differently, too.

So, here’s a little preview.

Over the next five weeks, a remarkable ensemble of professionals will explore how harnessing the power of peers can help teams achieve more than they ever thought possible!

As our North America cohort gets underway, we're planning to launch additional cohorts in India, Europe, and South America, further extending the reach of our global community of Peernovation Certified Facilitators - all of whom are committed to helping leaders create the conditions where people learn faster, lead better, and elevate one another.

Every organization will have access to extraordinary AI. Not every organization will build extraordinary peer relationships. That will become the difference.
