Sometimes it doesn’t need to be pretty, sometimes it just needs to work!

Issue: Raccoon invaded the tenants laundry room but the landlord doesn’t want to redo the roof that’s COMPLETELY rotted away from water damage.

Solution: Utilize some basic sealing experience from home roofing as well as RV/Trailer roof repair to create a temporary water proof seal for the storm coming our way!
