Fall Prevention Awareness Month
A fall can happen in just a moment—but many common fall hazards at home can be prevented.
Take a look around your home and check for these 5 potential causes of falls:
🧶 Loose rugs that can slip or bunch up
🔌 Cords crossing walkways
🪜 Stairs without secure handrails or proper visibility
🛁 Slippery bathrooms and wet surfaces
💡 Poor lighting in hallways, stairs, and other high-traffic areas
