We guide families through the early stages after an autism diagnosis, helping them navigate essential resources and services while prioritizing caregiver wellness. The Autism Guide is a family support service founded by Monique Haithcock—an autism mom, community partner, and Certified Integrative Wellness Coach for caregivers. It offers a holistic and personalized approach to help parents and care

givers of autistic individuals access vital resources, prevent burnout, restore balance, and thrive. We meet families where they are—whether they're newly diagnosed, navigating the self-determination program, or seeking California financial wellness to better support their child and themselves. Parent Programs:
Providing 1:1 coaching, a 5-week workshop series for newly diagnosed families, and parent wellness support—and is a proud vendor of the San Diego Regional Center. The Autism Guide (PY3549)
