Please Tell your State Senator to oppose AB 2143!

AB 2143 would require prevailing wage on all C&I NEM Projects as well as multi-family greater than 15kW. Penalties for non-compliance would target not only the contractor, but also the customer, who would lose their NEM status. It would drastically slow the deployment of solar and storage across California and decimate small businesses. Click link below to get info on how to call your Senator.

Hundreds of us have been on hold for over 6 hours now, waiting our turn to speak out in opposition to the proposed solar Net Energy Metering changes in CA. If approved, this will devastate the future of solar in CA and greatly decrease solar savings for those wanting solar in the future AND those that have solar ALREADY. In the spirit of democracy, please join in the effort to stop the utility profit grab. Without solar, Californian's will be forced to endure insufferable utility rates with no alternative options. This goes against everything that California stands for and is contrary to our plan to be 100% renewable by 2045.
