I can’t stop telling you what an incredible time this is for signing agents.

Who could of predicted that while roughly 20% of America doesn’t have jobs we would be in the best home purchase markets in the past 14 years.🤯🤯🤯

“Existing-home sales jumped 25% to a seasonally adjusted annual pace of 5.86 million in July, NAR said in an Aug. 21 report. It was the highest sales level since 2006 and the biggest monthly increase on record”

Secondly, who could of predicted that quarantine and working from home would cause Americans to go out and actively look for a new home in the middle of recession and a pandemic!!🤯🤯🤯

Add this purchase boom Along side the current refinance boom that is happening simultaneously-this is an incredible time for signing agents.

My heart goes out to all of the industries in this country negatively effected by this current economy.

I can’t feel more blessed to part of an industry that thrives in a downturn and there seems to be no slow down in sight.
