We’re excited to share a preview of this year’s California Water Policy Conference programming: “Water: What We’re Missing” will be a dialogue featuring award-winning journalists Tom Philp and Lois Henry, moderated by San Diego County Water Authority's Mike Lee.

Tom Philp, an editor and columnist for the Sacramento Bee and former strategist for the Metropolitan Water District, is known for his reporting on California water and agricultural issues. Lois Henry is the CEO and editor of SJV Water, an independent news site dedicated to reporting on the water issues and decisions that impact the San Joaquin Valley's communities, farms and environment.
