Hi, I am Nicole Weiss and I am a licensed therapist in San Diego. Over the years I have shifted my focus to coaching and my clients experience a bigger shift from a present day and forward focus. By adopting a goal-focused approach, I have helped people achieve what they didn't think was possible. My shift from therapy to coaching has allowed me to help transform the lives of people nationally and

internationally. If you are ready for real change, this is the place for you. Feeling overwhelmed by a big goal? 💡 Break it down into small, bite-sized steps! This week, I’ve seen my clients make amazing progress by focusing on one small task at a time after feeling stuck. Try it: pick one tiny action today and watch your momentum grow! 🚀

I would add that the biggest pushback my clients report is being judgey about how small the task is…i.e. only 5 minutes of writing, walking, etc.

It’s better than zero and often leads to momentum and then productivity increases.
