Well, this is it. The big move.
Vegas house is empty.
I am sitting here with my canine companions, contemplating what a fast 20 years this has been in this house. There is not time nor distance though we humans measure it by number of sunrise we experience. For me 22 years here in the southwest. Now back to the midwest, Spirit is sending me. Not yet sure what I am walking into, but TRUST in Spirit all the way.

I am relocating my practice to a small town in Minnesota.
My work is as crucial as ever as we are finding ourselves rolling and flowing into this new vibrational energy it affects us all.
I am always available to any who ask for my assistance. Human, animal, plant kingdom; all are living spirits in the form they have chosen in this time space reality, including those who have returned to spirit form. I am here to help all as the universe directs.
I will soon have my practice set up in St Cloud.
Will post when you can find me there.

Dear Ones, ( that's YOU, yes you who are reading this right now).
Dear Ones,
I send you Love & Light
For the past SEVERAL nights, Spirit has awakened me 2:37 a.m. on the dot. Lately I have been pushed and pushed and pushed, to talk to you, to bring forth the messages I have been receiving.
BRING THEM THE MESSAGE
Is what I hear.
So here I am. To refresh your memory...
I am ClaudiaMarie. I am a Metaphysical Practitioner. ( That's an umbrella for what I do).
I am an Energy healer, educator, and practitioner. I am a Seer, I am a clear Channel, psychic medium, shaman, Oracle iand Angelic intuitive, and channeler. I am an interspecies communicator.
What does all this mean? It means I have dedicated my life to service of our Creator.
How did this happen to me?.... in me?
I was born with most of it. It kept popping out all my childhood, accelerated in my teens and young adulthood, and exploded in 2009 when something very traumatic to me, occurred.
In 2010, through a series of events I began asking a lot of questions. I began to look for direction and searching for answers. From 2010 through now... I have been studying and learning how to bring out of me what all this is, ever was and will be. It just kept going and going and going... like that famous pink bunny with that annoying drum.... just when I thought it couldn't possibly add any more....
It was literally ... AND, HERE'S... ONE MORE, ( in the Ed McMann voice of Johnny Carson era)
Lessons and lessons and lessons.

Why am I posting today...so darn early in the morning too?! Because , when I dedicate my life to Spirit , I am on 24/7. To shut it off is not an option. Not for me.
So here I am. It's now 4:24 a.m. on my bedside clock. Here WE are...and HEAR WE ARE.
You would not be reading this right now unless Spirit, your angels and guides, Archangel Metatron, Archangel Michael or Jesus brought you here. These are the Ones I mainly work with; my team. There are many more, this is my core.

The message coming forth that needs to be heard... and felt deeply inside of each and everyone of you....and me... US...
is ..
PEACE

I don't have to tell you this planet is changing and evolving so rapidly we can hardly get a grip on THIS moment, let alone the one racing right at us!

BREATHE

Breathe in slowly and deeply....holding...then letting it all out.... do this several times...
You WILL feel a sense of CALM grow , perhaps slowly at first... and grow , coming from inside of you.

CALM

Now , reach for the thought that comes up... from that quiet Calm..... see it...like a soft pink cloud...., FEEL it....as it seeps over you.
Reach for another... again seeing and feeling it. Repeat and keep going until you FEEL the deep abiding calm of your spirit.

PEACE... you have found YOUR inner peace.
It's there. It has always been there deep inside of you, waiting for you.

Peace and Calm...
Bring this each time what ever chos is swirling and swirling around you.
BE the calm and peace, in the midst of the storm. Storms come and go, but YOUR PEACE will always be right there.

Be the PEACE AND CALM in the world

POWER...
You...yes YOU..
You, have the power in your peace, to bring great changes, right this very minute, to all and everything occuring outside of your physical body. YES , YOU HAVE THE POWER!
You see the more people who find their peace... and stay in it... letting the storms of society , ...of the world, ....do what it's going to do...........
The more we, STAY IN OUR PEACE , in the midst of the storm... the storm has no power over you...over me....over us.
Furthermore, the storms cannot persist, cannot exist... when we stay in our PEACE and CALM...OUR power. ...and will disipate... burn itself out....and poof...be gone.
It's that simple.

Oh yes, most definately, today the storm out there...is building... fears are raging... society is panicking...... I do not have to state them here...you know them well.

This is the message from Spirit , of inner PEACE and CALM... and your personnel POWER over it all...
you CAN do this...YOU got this...

You are NEVER alone
You are ALWAYS Loved
YOU ARE Love

Gratitude
We hear that word a lot.
"Live your life in gratitude"
I get asked ....
What does it mean? How do I do that?

Gratitude.
Grateful, gratefulness, gratefully

What does it mean?

To me gratitude is the feeling of love, appreciation and acceptance. Living in gratitude is living from the heart.

How do I do that?

Even on the darkest days and most difficult times I find the smallest things to love, appreciate and accept in my life.
I begin each day with "thank you Spirit for one more day" . Yes, I literally say this before I rise each morning.
Quite literally, I start wherever I am. I close my eyes, breath in and out slowly a few times. Then start.. even the tiniest thing as in ...
I am grateful for the breaths I took
I am grateful for my eyes that see
I am grateful for my back. Legs and feet that carry me where I desire to go
I am grateful for the bed I rested upon
I am grateful for the roof over my head
I am grateful for food on my plate
I am grateful for the clean water I drink
I am grateful for the canine companions in my lifr
I am grateful for the man in my life
I am grateful for my children
I am grateful for the blue of the sky
I am grateful for the warmth of the sun
I am grateful for the grass below of my feet...........
Thats a lot hu? But its only a teeny amount of what I am grateful for. But, you know what? When Istart listing WHAT I AM GRATEFUL FOR... something shifts , deep down in my spirit. I FEEL different. I know differently.

I challenge you, today and every day, to try it. Quite literally, start wherever you are. Close your eyes. Slowly breathe in and out a few times. Then start....
See for your self......

Andrew Alexander, came into my life at a time both I and my youngest were going through rough times. Drew brought such joy and wisdom to our entire family.
It was Drew, that reminded me of my ability of interspecies communication. Although, he crossed almost 4 years ago , Andrew has returned to me again and again to assist me in my animal healing work.
