Now let's get into planning your business processes, especially those SOPs. Where to start when you never created one before?

Here are the three main points to consider:
1. Appearance/Visual
2. Arrangement/Structure
3. Functionality

Testing mind mapping based on the online cloud. I have Coggle, MindMup, and MindMeister here. I am planning to test other noncloud based min mapping, so stay tuned. It's kinda fun :D

So I have been using this platform called Trello, and guess what? You can also use it to create your course content!! And best yet, when you share it with your content/course manager, they can easily copy paste to the teaching platform of your preference.

I personally like to write the content in whole within Google doc, get it approved, copy paste in trello for another team member, then see the status in Airtable.

Infinitely flexible. Incredibly easy to use. Great mobile apps. It's free. Trello keeps track of everything, from the big picture to the minute details.

Let's talk about exhaustion. It's a recurring theme in , so take time to do what you need to recharge and set aside time to let your brain flourish within its creative zone.

Tip from me: you can create your content in batch, sort it, and schedule it ahead of time so you can have more brainstorming time.
