SSR just completed some emergency repairs on the USNS MERCY T-AH 19 . She will be departing San Diego Bay this week and heading to Maui to aid in the devasting aftermath of the recent fires. MERCY provides an afloat, mobile, acute surgical medical facilities when called upon to the U.S. military, and hospital services to support U.S. disaster relief and humanitarian operations worldwide.

We are excited to announce that Standard Inspection Services and Standard Welding & Fabrication is now Standard Ship Repair! We are now offer more services that go beyond NDT inspections, welding & fabrication and needed a name to reflect that.

Exciting News: Starting July 10, 2023, Standard Inspection Services will be recognized as Standard Ship Repair!

We are sticking to our mission and core values of Dedication, Reliability, and Passion, we’re just changing our name to encompass the new services that we offer.

We will be taking on larger jobs, expanding our yard space, and much more! This is an exciting time for our employees and customers. This represents an opportunity to do more for our customers by offering an array of services that benefit an entire project or job instead of just one aspect.
