Being raised by a single mom and watching her work countless hours as a nurse, the motivation was “born”. I wanted to work “smarter vs harder” from a early age. Never afraid of hard work, just didn’t want to do something for 30-40 years & not have much to show for it. The entrepreneur spirit came from my father. He was an out-going guy and always had an optimistic attitude towards “it’s possible”!! I started a Full-time job a week after graduating high school. I also started my own business part – time at 19 one year later. Learned a lot, but failed. I always kept an eye open for a great opportunity to succeed. I discovered Real Estate Investing at age of 22. I bought my first property at 23. Lived in it for 18 months while still working Full – time in the Advertising Industry. I couldn’t wait to get off work because I loved Real Estate. I kept buying properties, fixing them up and renting them out. I was a landlord to numerous single family homes and 2-units for 12 years before relocating to San Diego. I’m a active entrepreneur and also had a respected corporate career too. Built two passive incomes through the direct sales industry and also owned a yoga studio. Plus volunteer as an emcee for pro sporting events. In 2011, I began professional coaching. The “fit”into this field was automatic. I always loved helping others, plus I played competitive sports and practiced martial arts for many years. They both taught me the importance of dedicated practice, teamwork and self-discipline. Over the last 10 years….. I’ve completed 7,500 high level coaching calls throughout U.S., Canada, UK, Australia & S. Plus delivering hundreds of Live speeches & trainings too. Mainly for CEO’s and Real Estate Investors. I’m dedicated to always improving myself. I am eager to learn more about business, personal development and healthier living to improve the quality of life for myself and others. (Losing my dad to cancer at age 56 taught me how short life is) So when not working, I vowed to enjoy life and have balance. Hence why I relocated to San Diego, CA in 2010. To enjoy the outdoors any chance I get. My hobbies include…Golfing, hiking, biking, working out, visiting the beach & cheering on Chicago sports teams. Now…It’s all about giving back.
