The Prana Collective The Prana Collective came to be as a product of passions for health and wellness, community and the incredible healing power of yoga.

Co-Founder Jennifer found healing in yoga and meditation after many years of struggling with depression and anxiety with no cure. As she deepened her practice, she started to see progress. It was a combination of integrating gratitude into her daily life, sweating it out and tuning into her breath and energy that made all the difference. For the first time in her life, she believed she deserved pe

ace and she believed in healing. After Jennifer and her husband, Yoann, saw the difference yoga made right before their eyes they decided they needed to share this because EVERY BODY DESERVES YOGA. So, together they created The Prana Collective: a platform dedicated to building a community wherein individuals can find balance in mind, body and spirit. The Prana Collective currently offers yoga, meditation classes, health and wellness workshops to the workplace, private sessions, special events and community classes.
