Anjaneyasana (crescent) w/ a baby back-bend is prob one of my fave poses! Not sure why... maybe because I feel extra powerful. Although, I did yoga in 98 degree heat today (which included crescent) and it was ROUGH. I went into child's pose AT LEAST 3 times... I just couldn't hang! But, as they say, practice makes perfect. So, I'll be back at tomorrow for more! Send prayers!! 🙈Also, I just have to say: there is absolutely NO SHAME in going into child's pose when your body is asking for it. Listen to your beautiful bod, it is your temple, it is intuitive. Give it what it wants. .
