Livingood Yoga Private Restorative Yoga, Mindfulness and Meditation Sessions, Monthly Women's Circles and Retreats

04/04/2026

I love seeing it all come together like this. ✨

What once felt like a quiet, intimidating vision—questioning if I was even worthy enough to offer anything to others—has slowly unfolded into something real. Something alive. And honestly… I still can’t quite believe it.

From private yoga sessions, to women’s circles, to evenings of sound healing and restorative practice… I feel so deeply grateful to have created a space where we can come together to rest, to soften, to surrender, and to return to the present moment.

These were not always easy places for me to access. In many ways, they were and still are the hardest lessons. And now, we get to practice them together.

Throughout this journey, my mantra has been to gently step out of the busy mind and into acceptance of what is here, now. Trusting that there is something greater unfolding—something far beyond what I could plan or control. And when I get out of the way, the most beautiful things begin to arrive.

I am beyond grateful for this little business of mine, and for every soul who has been a part of it. 🤍

And thank you, my friend, for capturing it all so beautifully. .the.sea

Thank you for our beautiful offerings together

Thank you Missy for allowing your beautiful space

🤍 NEW: Small-Group Restorative Yoga Classes

An intimate and deeply supportive offering with only 4 people per class, created for those longing to feel supported and pampered. You’ll be gently guided into restorative poses while I burn palo santo, wrap you in cozy blankets so you feel warm and safe, and close our time together with a lavender head massage—an invitation to fully let go and receive. These small-group restorative sessions are held every other Wednesday and allow space to slow down, soften, and be fully supported.

✨ Restorative Yoga & Sound Healing (Recurring)
A beloved offering that combines gentle stillness with the nourishing vibrations of sound, inviting the nervous system to settle and reset.

🌙 Women’s Circles (Recurring)
Seasonal gatherings rooted in reflection, connection, and shared presence—an opportunity to pause, be witnessed, and move through the season together.

Each offering is an invitation to return to yourself through rest, ritual, and community.

The moment you realize you’ve just given yourself the greatest gift you’ve ever received is something you feel in your whole being. It’s not easy to carve out the time, the resources, or the space to step away from everything and just go. But I knew I needed to be there—held by the redwoods and guided by one of my favorite teachers, . This man is pure fire.

I feel transformed and deeply grateful.
Some of the insights that landed for me this weekend:

• Softening—in all ways—is the doorway to letting go, loving myself more fully, and listening to what truly feels right in my body. Allow the body to be the messenger!

• What arrives for me now is directly tied to what my body feels safe enough to digest. There’s something so incredible about this inner mechanism, this wisdom, this something-greater that regulates our capacity to heal.

• I am responsible for my own freedom. I get to give myself permission to be honest, to welcome every part of me, and to meet even the harder feelings with love.

Instead of turning away from discomfort, I can open my heart to it and learn to fall in love with my own unfolding path.

Stepping back into my daily life, I feel a new softness moving through everything. Grateful for the teachings, grateful for the courage to show up, and grateful for the chance to weave this wisdom into the work I share.

Thank you Mount Madonna Center for holding it all!

Here’s to the next chapter unfolding.

🎄Giving Tuesday!!!🎄

Join us for a Christmas Giving field trip bringing holiday joy to orphans rescued from trafficking.

This is a chance to give back together in a hands-on, heartfelt way.

On December 20th we’ll travel as a group from San Diego to Tijuana to bring holiday gifts, spend time with the kids, and share some joy and celebration.  We are in desperate need of gifts for each child!

There are 21 kids (8 boys and 13 girls)! Let’s show them they are seen, valued, and surrounded by a global community that cares.

Each child has a wish list of 2 gifts, and we would love your support!

Send me a DM to help us complete our goal of throwing the orphanage a Christmas party they will never forget!

I had everything I thought I wanted…
The life I’d dreamed of.
The boxes were checked.

But slowly, something shifted.
The joy started to fade.
The spark dimmed.
I felt… alone. Restless. A little numb.
Then came the guilt.

“I should be grateful.”
“What’s wrong with me?”
Was I selfish? Broken? Ungrateful?

I spiraled through self-doubt…
Until I hit a quiet knowing:
I’m not here to just survive my life.
I’m here to feel fully alive. BUT HOW?

Anxiety hits, tears fall and the heart speaks.
And from that place of truth, I whispered:
No more.

No more shrinking to fit a life that no longer fits me.
No more ignoring the quiet ache in my soul.
No more resisting the call to something more.

And just like that… the journey back to curiosity began on a search for truth and JOY.

Not the loud, performative kind of joy.
But the soft, soul-deep joy that bubbles up
when you remember who you really are. Questions arose; Who am I even? What lights me up?

✨ That’s where Awaken the Wonder was born. ✨

A space for women who are waking up.
Who are no longer willing to settle.
Who are ready to meet themselves again—
with curiosity, with courage, with PLAY.

Together, we explore:
🌿 What it means to be free
🔥 How to rise from the ashes
🌈 The art of letting go
🦋 And the magic of becoming

Because when your life falls apart—
you get to rebuild it in a way that arrives from YOUR space of alignment and connection.

“Many people are alive but don’t touch the miracle of being alive.”
– Thich Nhat Hanh

So here’s your invitation:
✨ Slow down.
✨ Say yes to wonder.
✨ Let joy lead the way.
Awaken the Wonder: A journey back to joy and play
A Women’s ⭕️

You’re not broken. You’re becoming.
And you don’t have to do it alone.

✨ Come home to yourself. Reignite your spark. Remember what it feels like to be in awe of your life.

In a world that moves too fast — that asks us to do instead of be — this is your sacred pause.

An invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and remember the vibrant, joyful woman within you.

🌿 Through gentle somatic movement, guided journaling, mindfulness, and sisterhood, we’ll return to presence — the soil where wonder, awe, and soul-aligned joy begin to grow.

🕊 This is a space for the tired and tender, the curious and hopeful.
A space to reconnect, reimagine, and remember that joy is not a destination…
✨ It’s a way of being.

Together, we will:
🌸 Practice presence through body & breath
🌸 Rediscover joy through play, nature, and gratitude
🌸 Release comparison and perfectionism
🌸 Share stories, spark laughter, and celebrate our aliveness

💫 You don’t have to be “ready.” You just have to come as you are.

Let this be your invitation to soften, to remember, and to come alive again — joyfully, gently, and together.

There are so many reasons why I love Chip Conley and the incredible work he’s doing around sparking joy and meaning in midlife. ✨ As a busy working mom, it’s easy to get caught up in the motions — sometimes even swept into the burnout culture we hear so much about. His message really resonates: it’s never too late to begin again.
He speaks about the power of vulnerability — about having the courage to try something new, whether it’s baking bread, learning to surf, or stepping outside of our comfort zones in any way. When we dare to be beginners again, we inevitably find ourselves reignited with a spark. 🔥
And the magic happens when we do it in community. Laughing together, stumbling together — allowing ourselves to look foolish — it’s liberating. Chip talks about shifting from imposter syndrome to explorer’s syndrome — embracing curiosity over perfection, bravery over people-pleasing.
This message feels so aligned with where I am personally. As I explore the question, “What truly lights me up?” I find joy playing beach volleyball (even when I miss every ball 🙃) simply because it reminds me how lucky I am to live in beautiful San Diego. I surf to be humbled by the power of the ocean. I’m not trying to be “good” at either — it’s about showing up, connecting, and feeling alive.
One of my favorite stories Chip shares is about his fear of yoga classes at first — how social comparison made him feel out of place, and it wasn’t until private sessions that his love for yoga really blossomed. I’ve lived that journey too, and it’s such a gift to now witness my clients deepen their own relationship with this beautiful practice. 🌿
This conversation is truly a must-listen. I hope it inspires you as much as it did me. 💛
