Hello CA employers - if you have NOT heard yet, you are required to distribute the new notice "KNOW YOUR RIGHTS" by Sunday 2/1/2026 (and annually thereafter, just like the other 5).

None of the content IN it is new, but the collective notice IS new and is law.
