R**e and strangulation at UC Santa Barbara. As some of you know, College safety and self defense is one of my specialties. A recurring story that we keep hearing is that most attacks involve alcohol or drugs. House parties are common hunting grounds for predators. What many young women don't realize is that some guys think that choking during s*x is ok. That women like it. WRONG! Strangulation is an indicator for VIOLENCE. If you have a daughter in college, make sure you discuss several of these issues. Have her take a self defense class. DM me for college safety tips. We will also be teaching several college-bound class this summer or you can bring us to your group.

Sheriff's officials released sketches of a man suspected in the s*xual battery of a 10-year-old girl in Poway.

The incident was reported May 2 near Midland Road, and sheriff's officials said the man fled on a scooter after the girl's friend screamed for him to stop.
