We’ve been talking about making 2025 a success amongst external challenging factors, specifically talking about what wedding pros say are their 4 key challenges: converting new leads into bookings; finding new customers; standing out from competitors; and making marketing dollars go further. We then dove deeply into standing out from your competitors – last week – as I know that when you do that right, the other three challenges are even easier to overcome. TIME TO CHAT! Time to talk about Ghostbusting! We’ve been talking a whole bunch lately about “What Do You Do When Your Bookings Are Down??”, since almost every wedding pro I talk to – whether friend, colleague, or coaching client – mentions how odd, how different, or how painful this year has already been (or some combination of those!). This means that we want to make the most of every inquiry that comes your way, and improving our entire pre-booking process is a huge way to do so. And since the common topic of leads ghosting us came up a whole bunch in the past few Lives, I invited my friend and colleague, DJ Justin Kanoya , to present his research and findings in a presentation and discussion that he put together. Here’s what he will cover:
