“Yes! Keep your eyes on the prize. You have already fought for your life. Nothing can stop you on your company.”

Our newest angel investor Rose Bowlus sent this to me. And it hit. Because I was telling her, I don’t accept “no” as a fixed outcome.

If I see even a 1% chance… I widen it to 10%. I’ve lived that before. As a .

When you’re sitting across from oncologists and surgeons, they don’t speak in certainty. They speak in percentages.

You listen. You assess. And then something else takes over. Not logic. Not probability models. Not AI.

Human spirit. The decision to fight for that 1%.

That same mindset shows up in building a company. Early-stage founders live in the land of low probabilities:
 – low odds of funding
 – low odds of survival
 – low odds of “making it”

But outcomes aren’t predetermined. They’re shaped. Relentlessly. Daily. Sometimes irrationally.

You take the 1%… and you push it.
You widen it.
You compound it.
You refuse to let it collapse.
That’s the work.

And if you’ve already fought for your life once…
You don’t scare easily.
Onward boldly.

P/S: Love you Rose! And to my fellow founders — I see you!!

From my perspective, and how we’re building at .io , most conversations around responsible AI center on governance frameworks, compliance, and model-level concerns like bias and fairness.

All important. But that’s not where we focus.

We operate at the system level, where AI informs real-world decisions in capital-intensive and mission-critical environments.

At that layer, responsibility shifts from policy to outcomes.

It’s not something you add on top.
It’s a property of the system itself, measured by how decisions perform under real-world conditions.

So the question becomes less:
“How do we ensure AI behaves responsibly?”

And more:
“How do we know a decision will perform safely before it’s executed in the real world?”

That’s where simulation and predictive validation come in, evaluating decisions under variability before committing capital, resources, or lives.

AI can recommend.
It doesn’t bear consequences.

Humans do.

That’s where responsibility actually lives.

As a founder, there are moments to stay deeply anchored in your conviction and vision — and there are moments to open your mind and learn.

Over time, you develop a sensitivity for where to listen closely, to those who have operated, navigated complexity, and built through real-world constraints.

That perspective is earned. And it matters.

Knowing the difference is everything.

This is where the future gets built.

Not in theory, but in rooms where operators, capital, and technology collide with urgency.

Now it’s time to execute.

We’re about to unveil something big.

Not just momentum — alignment.

The right compute.
The right capital.
The right real-world deployment.

When those click into place —
things move.

Fast.

Great to be at The Montgomery Summit this week.

Thank you to the QuantumBlack, AI by McKinsey team for the invitation and to Jamie Montgomery for bringing together such an interesting mix of founders, operators, and investors.

One pattern kept surfacing across many conversations.

Across defense, robotics, and enterprise organizations, particularly here in California, the conversation has shifted toward AI as organizational infrastructure.

The pace of acceleration is real.

It’s also exactly the shift that inspired us to build .io , a platform designed to help organizations simulate and rehearse complex operational systems before deploying them in the real world.

Most digital twins model geometry.
They show you what exists.

But capital isn’t deployed into static geometry.
It’s deployed into environments that shift.

Time changes exposure.
Data updates.
Intelligence reframes.
Human context alters decisions.

We don’t just model geometry. We model how time, data, intelligence, and human context shift decisions, so complex environments can be stress-tested before capital is deployed.

At .io , we call this 5D. Five operational dimensions shaping decision-making inside the system:
Space.
Time.
Data.
Intelligence.
Human context.

It’s not a physics claim.
It’s an abstraction for how cognition and environment converge when the stakes are high.

At ‘s HOUSE , we’ll begin showing what that looks like in practice.

Crawl for the glimpse. Backstage for the deeper walkthrough.

Complex environments deserve rehearsal.

Love does not ask me to shrink
so I can feel accepted.
I stand steady as I rise.

I celebrate my fire,
my softness,
my seasons of change.

I honor the days I am bold
and the days I am tender.

I am not fear dressed as doubt.
I am freedom wrapped in trust.

I trust my becoming.
I trust my pace.
I trust my path.

I no longer abandon myself
to fit into smaller spaces.

I take up room with grace.

I listen to my heart
and treat it like home.

I am allowed to grow,
to rest,
to evolve.

My love for myself
is not conditional.

It is steady.
It is patient.
It is enough.

🔥🌹❤️

Two words for 2026.
More Audacity.

No hedging.
No waiting.
No shrinking.

Just presence.
Just conviction.
Just the courage to live this one life fully, fiercely, passionately, without apology.

Happy Halloween. Plot twist: I paid for architecture school by street-racing a yellow Honda CRX. Full-circle moment—Rob Cohen, director of Fast & Furious, was my graduation keynote. Grit isn’t pretty in real time. It’s loud, smoky, and absolutely worth it. 🏁

Today I was reminded…
how powerful I am.
Capable.
Magical.
Limitless.

Every time I choose,
the universe rearranges.
Energy obeys intention.
I speak — and it becomes.

I choose,
and it is so.
