To grow a business in challenging economic times you need three things:

FOCUS.
LEVERAGE.
EXTRAordinary RESULTS.

When it comes to FOCUS you can leverage the ‘80/20/20’ Rule to produce EXTRAordinary Results.

No doubt You’ve heard of the 80/20 Rule— 20% of your effort produces 80% of your results.

80/20 is a good rule but in challenging times like we’re in now, you’ve got to tighten the FOCUS and zero in on the 20% of your 20%.

Thus the '80/20/20' RULE.

>> That’s finding the 4% of your ACTIONS which produce 70%-75% of your results.

30 years ago I hung my 'Business consultant’ shingle ready to change the world.

WHY’d I leave a cushy job in the corporate world to go it alone?

Because I wanted to >>IMPACT MORE People, MORE OftenFIZZ>FIZZWho you serve?

>What the next step is to buy your solution?

What we discovered surprised us.

Only 6% of the 1,483 sites and profiles we reviewed PASSED the 5 Second GRUNT test.

What’s that mean to you and your practice?

94% of us offer 'DO-DO’ messages.
A laundry list of all the stuff we DO. Tons of things we can DO or have done.

And most are focused on us as the consultant or coach…not on the Ideal Prospect.

It’s like going to see your doctor.
They begin the interaction with a long list of what they DO, have done, could do.
You listen. But they’re not talking about you. They’re talking about themselves.

They then point to a wall full of prescription bottles and suggest—
“Pick a couple of meds you think might be good for your situation.”

But you don’t know…you’re the patient.

And if there is ONE thing we’ve discovered in working with clients in 19 countries and 48 US states over the past 30 years—They are MASTERS at misdiagnosis.

What they THINK is the core problem is very seldom, if EVER, the root cause issue.

Here’s what else we know— the 94% who didn’t pass the GRUNT TEST, it’s not their fault.

There is a BETTER way. A MORE Effective way to Connect with your ideal prospect so when they see your message they think:
“They Know ME.”
They Know MY Pains.
They can help ME.
I want what they offer.”

And they take the next step to engage you and your services.

I LOVE what I do—
Helping consultants Help their clients to identify potential Performance GAPS and bust through them—FAST.

Spent 3 days with Lindsay Adams, CSP, who flew in from Brisbane, Australia doing a DEEP Dive into the Performance GAP Indicator Assessment (PGI) tool and how to leverage in identifying Potential Performance GAPS around Leadership, Company Culture, Operations, Training & Customer Service.

And the BEST part- - seeing his ‘Ah-HA’ Lightbulb turn on around a conversation of the business ‘symptoms’ and ‘ramifications’ if a company is out-of-whack in Leadership or Company Culture.

Lindsay will work with Consultants and Coaches in Australia to leverage the PGI tool with their clients.
