Happy ADHD Awareness Month! I may be a bit late posting this, but that’s classic ADHD for you! I was diagnosed with combined ADHD (inattentive and hyperactive) in 2010, and I’ve worked hard to navigate the challenges that come with it. Most people don’t realize I have ADHD, especially since I’m a professional organizer and often present as neurotypical. But when I don’t get enough sleep, it becomes more challenging to mask.

Now, I embrace my ADHD as a superpower! I’m passionate about helping others harness their unique strengths to manage their own ADHD symptoms, especially when it comes to cleaning and organizing their homes. Remember, your differences can be your greatest assets!
