Truly delighted to be providing pro bono training to one of my favorite non-profits, Girls on the Run San Diego. As a former assistant coach, I was so impressed with their curriculum and how it encompasses not only physical activity but values, confidence, competency, etc. To learn more or to donate and/or volunteer, go to https://www.gotrsd.org/Our-Programs.

Explore our programs: Girls on the Run - Grades 3-5, Heart and Sole - Grades 6-8, Camp GOTR – Grade 3-5. Where girls learn life skills through small and large group games, physical activity, interactive workshops, and individual reflection

It was so meaningful to support one of my favorite non-profits, Survivors of Torture, International by providing pro bono harassment prevention training earlier this week. They have a wonderful workplace culture and value keeping it that way. To learn more about them or to donate or volunteer: https://notorture.org/

Survivors of Torture, International is an independent nonprofit organization dedicated to caring for survivors of politically motivated torture and their families who live in San Diego County.
