That's right! We are looking to hire 20 or more people to help manage the increased workload from the affordable care act open enrollment. This is a work from home position that requires a stable internet connection as a condition of employment. Save money on gas! Save money on child care! Save time by not having to drive to work everyday! We will train you on the specifics as long as you have basic computer skills and can follow directions.
These are full time, day shift positions. If you have applied with other companies or on call for similar work, we want you! If you have no experience, we want you! Even if you can only work part time, let's talk!

In your role as a General Office Clerk II that reports to the J&M Manager, you will be responsible for all things ACA. Yes, the Affordable Care Act! Your goal will be to ensure all records and supporting documentation are collected and inputted into the Governmental database to help process applications on a timely basis.
Position Overview
Accurately performing data entry into Governmental databases
Reviews submitted documentation to ensure compliance with eligibility determinations
Generates requests (written or verbal) for additional information or communication needs
Processes supporting verification documentation
Provides telephone support utilizing clear and effective communication skills
Required Skills and Experience:
Engaging, outgoing, accepting, and supportive personality (Yes, there is a reason this is listed first!)
Experience in the last six months as an ESW on the Serco contract (ok if you worked for a subcontractor)
High School Diploma (or equivalent)
Strong clerical skills including accurate data entry
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer skills to include Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
Ability to work cohesively within a team environment
While we do encourage exercise and living well, the reality is that this is an office job. Being able to sit for longer periods of time is a must.
