We are aware that there are some lights out throughout the complex. There was an electrical pedestal that was replaced and unfortunately SDG&E has delayed their final inspection, so we cannot power the lights back on. They have finally scheduled the inspection for tomorrow, so all lights should be on by Wednesday morning. We are very sorry for this inconvenience, but unfortunately we are at the mercy of SDG&E!

As you may know, a new pedestrian gate was installed at the Wattle gate entrance. There will soon be barriers installed that will prevent anyone from reaching over or around to open the gate.

Your pool bathroom key (the old pool gate key) will open this gate. If you no longer have that key, homeowners (with ID) may purchase a new one from the Management Office. Please contact the Management office directly for additional information. 😃

High winds and red flag warnings continue through Tuesday. If you see downed trees or tree limbs within Terrace Green I, please CALL 360 Community Management ASAP at 619-270-7360. If you see downed power lines anywhere, please call 911! Never touch a downed power line, or anything that's in contact with it.

We are sorry to say that the water in the entire complex is shut off due to an emergency leak. The plumbers are actively working to repair the leak, but the water will be off until approximately 9 p.m on Friday, November 10th. We are so sorry for the inconvenience!

As you know, the submetering project is underway this week. We are very sorry to say that the shut off valve information that we had was inaccurate and some units that were not supposed to be shut off until Friday are without water today.

We are very sorry for this inconvenience and we are working to restore water to the affected units as soon as possible.

We are aware of some ongoing lighting issues on Appian Drive. The lighting company has been out several times in the last week trying to resolve the problem, and we now have a 2nd company involved as well. Please be assured that the HOA is doing everything that they can to resolve this as soon as possible,

As you may know, there was a car accident on Friday evening on the corner of Wattle and Woodman. A vehicle went through the fence, taking out almost 100 feet of wood and steel fencing. The HOA is working to have the fencing, landscaping and irrigation replaced, but some of that depends on the insurance companies. We thank you for your continued patience!

Terrace Green I will have a new pest control company, Mt. Helix Pest Control, effective December 1, 2015. Mt. Helix Pest Control offers free interior pest spraying, for ordinary pests, so long as the work is scheduled on their normal Terrace Green I service day.

We will post additional contact information and service day information after 12/1/15!
