Karen has a private practice in San Francisco, where she provides psychotherapy, spiritual direction, supervision and mentoring. She is a core faculty member in the Spiritual Guidance Program at the Institute for Transpersonal Psychology, as well as a community faculty member at the University of California-San Francisco in the Department of OB/GYN and Reproductive Sciences.
