ENTERPRISE EXPEDITIONS is an American corporation founded in San Francisco in 1974 by Alfred Strathmore for the purpose of archeological and scientific exploration. Strathmore's adventurous Welsh upbringing and his deep love of discovery, Enterprise Expeditions burst onto the world scene in 1976 at the Okinawa World's Fair with a daring exhibition on alternative energy sources, most of which have
been widely adopted since. Building on it's success, Enterprise Expeditions quickly expanded into medical and genealogical breakthroughs, as well as leading groundbreaking archeological expeditions to the North Pole, The Amazon, Egypt's Valley of the Kings, and the Mesoamerican ruins of Guatemala. In 1985 an Enterprise Expeditions team, lead by Strathmore himself, attempted the most ambitious exploration ever conducted of the Himalayan Mountains. But his prediction was short lived as the mission failed through the tragic deaths of key team members, as well as the team’s inability to advance through a blinding Tibetan storm. Tragically it would become one of Alfred Strathmore's last journeys, as a degenerative bone condition slowly rendered him immobile. However, Strathmore continues to lead from within, making Enterprise Expeditions a world power through studies, discoveries and technological advancements. Recent projects include a revolutionary examination of the Shroud of Turin using non-destructive cabon datin, as well as a controversial cloning of a Mammoth scheduled for 2013.
