Here's what this means:

🔔 HackMD sends a signed event when a note or folder changes, so your script can stop polling

📁 Scope a webhook to one folder and its subfolders, or the whole workspace

🔐 Every delivery is signed, and each webhook keeps a downloadable delivery log

🔀 A small receiver you control routes events to Slack, Discord, GitHub Actions, or your own API
