For our fifth session, we welcome special guest Andrew Rader, LAc, MS. Andy is a Hypnotherapist, Acupuncturist, and Herbalist. He received his BS in Biochemistry from UC Berkeley and his MS from the American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine. He completed an internship at the China-Japan Friendship Hospital in Beijing.

Much of Andy's work involves helping people break bad habits, like smoking. But not all habits are bad habits. Andy also has a lot to say about ways to establish good habits. And creating a healthy, sustainable writing practice is one. Join us to hear more. See below!
