A San Jose homeowner called Smith’s Pest Management after rodents started showing up throughout the house.

Our tech inspected the whole property, found the busiest rodent areas, identified the exterior entry points, installed bait stations, and sealed the openings so new rodents couldn't keep getting in.

The result? 4 rats were caught in the span of 2 days, and the homeowner reported no additional rat activity.

Last week, we worked on an Alameda home where spiders had built up along the exterior.

We cleared the webs around the full perimeter using a duster pole and treated the roofline and entry points.

This helps keep spiders under control and slows new webbing.

If you're noticing spiders around your home, call us for a free inspection.

A San Jose office owner recently noticed cockroaches in the breakroom.

We inspected the area and found activity in small cracks and crevices nearby.

Instead of spraying, we used gel bait placed where roaches were hiding to target the source of the problem.

We're out at a Danville property today dealing with ground squirrels that have been moving between a hillside burrow system and a row of fruit trees along the back fence.

The homeowner had noticed gnawing on the lower limbs and fresh digging near the base of the trees. Our technician mounted tube traps directly to the tree limbs at points along the squirrels' regular travel route.

These traps work with the animal's natural movement rather than against it. We secured three placements across two trees and will return in 48 hours to check and reset.

Earlier this week, a Monterey homeowner noticed a few roaches in the kitchen and a strange smell near an outlet. Those signs usually point to roach activity inside the walls.

We set glue traps to confirm and found both young and adult roaches near that outlet. From there, we placed gel bait inside the wall and around appliances to target the nest.

Many Bay Area homeowners deal with the same pests that return season after season.

So we came up with a solution that takes care of the problem: our monthly Pest Protection Plan.

Every month, we visit your yard, treat any active pest activity, and seal entry points before new ones get in. And if something shows up between visits, we come back at no extra charge.

The plan covers gophers, moles, voles, rodents, ants, spiders, and more.

A Pleasant Hill homeowner noticed raised soil ridges along their walkway and sent us this photo before we arrived.

Moles travel just below the surface searching for grubs and earthworms, and the shallow tunneling pushes up long ridges rather than isolated mounds.

We probed the tunnel to confirm it was active and placed traps at two points along the main run where it was deepest and most defined. Need help getting rid of moles from your yard? We can help.

🚨 San Rafael neighbors - are ground squirrels taking over your yard?

We've spent nearly 20 years removing ground squirrels across San Rafael and the Bay Area, and the #1 mistake we see? Homeowners are wasting time on short-term solutions while the damage gets worse underground.

Our latest video covers exactly what DOES work and when it's time to call in the pros.
