We are saying farewell today to this humorous present under the tree🎁👋 Max is moving on to his next adventure in Oregon! He always came to the winery with a great attitude and infectious smile, willing to help out where ever he was needed. We will miss you Max!

And just like that, we are done👏 Last week we pressed off our Spanish Springs Syrah, which finally brings our 2022 harvest to an end. This is usually the last fruit we receive throughout the season and comes from a vineyard that is just 1.5 miles northeast of the Pacific Ocean. Because of its proximity to the ocean, the night time temperatures cool off quickly with an abundance of fog during the summer months, which allows the fruit to slowly ripen.

Now that all our fruit is pressed off for the season, the waiting game commences🍷

Introducing our Pét-nat Sparkling Wine✨

This is our first ever time producing this wine and we are excited to share it with you! Pét-nat is an abbreviation for “pétillant naturel”, a French term that roughly translates to “naturally sparkling”.

On the palate, it is softly carbonated with fruit flavors of guava and orange blossoms. And in the nose, you’ll find aromas of lemon and jasmine.

We hope to get the chance to enjoy this wine. It can be purchased on our website or by visiting us in-person at our tasting room. Cheers!🥂

2022 Harvest on the Coast is just one week away✨ The festivities kick off Friday night with the Sip and Savor by the Sea event at the Central Coast Aquarium.
