If you can stand the heat, stay in the kitchen.

Was great getting out with Ever of to cater an event here in Marin County, CA.

Catering is all about prep and ex*****on. After years of doing it, it can become 2nd nature. Humility doesn’t hurt, though, as any caterer knows, “things don’t always go to plan”.

But, on this night, the guests were happy, and the staff was not exhausted. A couple of signs that this was a job well done!
